The NYPD 60th Presidential Inauguration Coin
During the 60th Presidential Inauguration on January 20, 2025, the New York City Police Department (NYPD) played a pivotal role in ensuring the event's security. For the first time, the NYPD assisted in protecting a presidential inauguration by dispatching 200 officers to Washington, D.C., at the request of local authorities. These officers, who volunteered from various units, were deputized as federal law enforcement officers for the duration of the mission. Their responsibilities included crowd management, security screening, and collaborating with other agencies to maintain public safety during the ceremonies. Additionally, the NYPD Emerald Society Pipes and Drums participated in the inaugural parade, showcasing the department's ceremonial presence.
East Tempe Arizona Paramedic's Coin
The Tempe Fire Medical Rescue Department (TFMRD) serves the city of Tempe, Arizona, providing a comprehensive range of emergency services. All firefighters are certified as either paramedics or emergency medical technicians (EMTs), ensuring that advanced medical care is available during emergencies. The department operates six ambulances, staffed by emergency medical services crews, to respond to medical emergencies and supplement services provided by private ambulance companies under city contract. In fiscal year 2023–2024, TFMRD responded to 24,368 calls for service, with approximately 84% related to medical emergencies. The department's paramedics are trained to perform advanced life support procedures, including cardiac life support, airway management, intravenous therapy, and medication administration, ensuring rapid and effective medical intervention in critical situations. This integrated approach underscores TFMRD's commitment to delivering comprehensive emergency medical care to the Tempe community.

The National EMS Memorial Foundation is dedicated to honoring Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel who have lost their lives in the line of duty. The foundation’s primary mission is to establish a permanent National EMS Memorial in Washington, D.C., recognizing the bravery and sacrifices of paramedics, EMTs, and other emergency medical professionals. By creating this memorial, the organization seeks to provide a place of remembrance for the families and colleagues of fallen EMS workers while raising awareness about the critical role they play in public safety. In addition to its memorial efforts, the foundation advocates for greater recognition and support for EMS professionals across the country. Through fundraising, partnerships, and public engagement, the National EMS Memorial Foundation ensures that the sacrifices of these lifesaving heroes are never forgotten.

As an Empire Collectors' Club subscriber you receive an exclusive one-time run of unique Empire Original challenge coins. These are coins from legitimate agencies and these are versions of those coins that will only be offered in the Empire Collectors' Club. You will not be able to find these versions of these coins anywhere else.
We will never remake the coin you receive with the same unique design elements, metals and colors. The uniqueness of your exclusive subscriber coins adds to the value of each coin.
